To hold your date we require a $200 non-refundable deposit. We gladly accept Mastercard or Visa. If you have not yet met with one our designers, we welcome you to schedule an appointment at one of our two locations closest to you.
We are a full service linen rental company. Our standard pricing includes delivery, set up and take down.* To accommodate all of our clients, we also offer our linens for pick up and self installation at a reduced price.
Chair cover rentals include your choice of colored sash. The only exception is our spandex cover which includes a spandex band, not a colored sash. A colored sash may be used instead of the band for an added charge.
Yes, you may alter your count up to 10 days prior to your event. At the 10 days prior point your final count and balance are due. No cancellation after 10 days prior to your event. Please remember that the amount contracted is the amount provided and don't forget to include your head table in your final count.
Do you own your own linens?TOP Yes. Special Occasions owns, cleans, presses and stores all of our own linens in house. Caring for our own linens in this way allows us to keep control over the cleanliness and look of our linens and provide you with the best product possible. Most of our linens are also made by our own seamstress. This allows us to create linens that are unique and current with the industry style while also promoting local Michigan jobs.
