    Where are you located? top

    We currently have two showroom locations. One in Grand Blanc, Michigan and one in Rockford, Michigan. Please see our contact page for address and phone information. 

    Do you have a showroom? top

    Yes, we do! In our showroom you may browse decor ideas and play with linen options to help you visualize your event. 

    Do I need an appointment? top

    We appreciate our clients time and like to devote our full attention to each and every event. For this reason we do ask that you book an appointment ahead of time to meet with one of our stylists. 

    Appointments are available Monday - Saturday 9am-4pm. Later appointment times are available by request and availability.

    How do I book my event? top

    To hold your date we require a $200 non-refundable deposit. We gladly accept Mastercard or Visa. If you have not yet met with one our designers, we welcome you to schedule an appointment at one of our two locations closest to you. 

    Do you offer full service? top

    We are a full service linen rental company. Our standard pricing includes delivery, set up and take down.* To accommodate all of our clients, we also offer our linens for pick up and self installation at a reduced price.

    Do you ship linens? top

    Yes, we do! Please contact us by phone or email for more information. 

    Are sashes extra? top

    Chair cover rentals include  your choice of colored sash. The only exception is our spandex cover which includes a spandex band, not a colored sash. A colored sash may be used instead of the band for an added charge. 

    Do you have more options? top

    Do you offer more linen colors and choices than are shown on your website? 

    YES! New shipments are coming in daily and choices are always changing and growing. Please schedule an appointment or call for updated inventory options. 

    Can my numbers change? top

    Yes, you may alter your count up to 10 days prior to your event. At the 10 days prior point your final count and balance are due. No cancellation after 10 days prior to your event. Please remember that the amount contracted is the amount provided and don't forget to include your head table in your final count.

    Do you own your own linens? top

    Yes. Special Occasions owns, cleans, presses and stores all of our own linens in house. Caring for our own linens in this way allows us to keep control over the cleanliness and look of our linens and provide you with the best product possible. Most of our linens are also made by our own seamstress. This allows us to create linens that are unique and current with the industry style while also promoting local Michigan jobs. 

    Do you donate linens? top

    Absolutely! We believe in giving back to our community and those around us. You can view a current list of our charitable donations for the year on our Charitable Events page. To submit your event for consideration please also see the Charitable Events page of our website for instructions.
